Export WordPress Menus 能讓網站管理員匯出 WordPress 網站上的選單，這個外掛也提供了可依照日期範圍匯出選單的篩選器，讓網站管理員可依月份匯出選單。
在 [匯出程式] 頁面選取 [導覽選單項目] 並點擊 [下載資料匯出檔] 便會下載 XML 檔。
依照以下步驟便能將選單匯入至 WordPress 網站：
- 以 [網站管理員] 使用者角色的帳號登入。
- 前往 WordPress 管理後台的 [工具]→[匯入程式]。
- 安裝工具清單中的 WordPress 內容匯入程式。
- 啟用外掛並執行匯入程式。
- 上傳之前下載的 XML 檔案。
- 系統在匯入檔案時會先詢問要將作者指派為網站上的哪位使用者，可以選取網站上現有的使用者或建立新的使用者。
- WordPress 匯入程式接下來便會將 XML 檔案包含的選單匯入至網站。

安裝方式
方式 1：
- 前往 WordPress 控制台→[外掛]→[安裝外掛]。
- 搜尋「Export WordPress Menus」。
- 找到外掛後點擊 [立即安裝] 按鈕。
- 外掛安裝完畢後，點擊 [啟用] 以啟用外掛。
方式 2：
- 下載外掛安裝套件 wp-export-menus.zip。
- 解壓縮 wp-export-menus.zip 檔案並獲得 wp-export-menus 資料夾。
- 將外掛資料夾上傳至網站的 /wp-content/plugins/ 目錄。
- 前往 WordPress 控制台，點擊選單上的 [外掛]。
- 找到 Export WordPress Menus 外掛，並點擊外掛的 [啟用] 連結以啟用外掛。
方式 3：
- 下載外掛安裝套件 wp-export-menus.zip。
- 前往 WordPress 控制台→[外掛]→[安裝外掛]。
- 點擊畫面頂端的 [上傳外掛] 連結。
- 上傳 wp-export-menus.zip 檔案並點擊 [立即安裝]。

It doesn’t work on PHP 8.1 due to an error in debug_log, and in that case, the download dialog doesn’t appear. However, it works perfectly on PHP 7.4.

This worked out just great, thanks for saving me some time! Great job.
It is a little jarring to have to re-import authors, when I know the menus I want to import are only by one author, but I guess that is what comes along for the ride with WordPress using the default export tool.
