ZEN.COM Payments connects a WooCommerce store to the ZEN.COM payment service.
It requires an active ZEN.COM merchant account and valid integration credentials.

Features include:

External services

This plugin relies on the ZEN.COM payment service to provide payment methods and process transactions. A ZEN.COM merchant account and integration credentials are required.

Depending on the merchant’s configuration and the payment flow selected by the customer, the plugin communicates with production or sandbox services operated by ZEN.COM. These services are used to retrieve available payment methods, initialize and manage transactions, process refunds, verify transaction statuses, render the secure card widget, and collect device information used for payment security and fraud prevention.

The plugin connects to these ZEN.COM endpoints:

  • https://api.zen.com and https://secure.zen.com/api/checkouts for production API and hosted checkout requests.
  • https://api.zen-test.com and https://secure.zen-test.com/api/checkouts when sandbox mode is enabled.
  • https://cdn-secure.zen.com/zen-checkout.1.0.0.js to load the secure card checkout widget when the embedded card flow is used.
  • https://cdn-secure.zen.com/zen-web-collector.latest.js to collect browser and device information used for payment security when the embedded BLIK flow is used.

Data sent to ZEN.COM may include merchant credentials, order and transaction identifiers, order amount and currency, cart contents, billing and shipping information, customer contact information, return and notification URLs, and device or browser information collected by ZEN.COM payment scripts. Communication occurs when the merchant configures the integration, when payment methods are displayed, when a customer initiates or continues a ZEN.COM payment, or when the merchant manages a ZEN.COM transaction from WooCommerce.

安裝方式

  1. Install and activate WooCommerce.
  2. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/zen-com-payments directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen.
  3. Activate ZEN.COM Payments in the WordPress Plugins screen.
  4. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments and open the ZEN.COM payment method.
  5. Enter the integration credentials from the ZEN.COM merchant panel.
  6. Configure the payment presentation and order status mapping, then save the settings.
