YOMERU – Paywall & Membership allows you to sell individual WordPress posts using Stripe Checkout.
You can protect all or part of an article, set a price for individual content, and allow registered users to purchase access through Stripe’s hosted checkout page.
The plugin also provides user registration, login, password reset, and a My Page where users can view purchased articles and manage their account information.
The WordPress.org version of YOMERU focuses on one-time article purchases. Subscription billing and other advanced features are not included in this plugin package.

Stripe Integration
YOMERU – Paywall & Membership uses Stripe Checkout for secure payment processing.
The WordPress.org version supports:
- One-time article purchases
Customers complete payments through Stripe’s secure hosted checkout page.
Payment card information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored by this plugin on your WordPress website.
My Page
Registered users receive access to a My Page where they can:
- View articles they have purchased
- Update their email address
- Update their password
- Manage their account information
Users can also register, log in, and request a password reset through the interfaces provided by the plugin.
Content Protection
YOMERU provides multiple ways to protect article content.
You can:
- Protect an entire paid article
- Display a free preview and protect the remainder of an article
- Restrict selected zero-price content to registered users
Access to individually purchased paid articles is granted after a successful Stripe payment.
Separately Distributed PRO Add-on
Additional functionality is available through a separately distributed PRO add-on.
The PRO add-on is a separate plugin and is not included in the WordPress.org version of YOMERU. Installing this plugin alone does not enable the PRO add-on features.
The separately distributed PRO add-on can provide additional features such as:
- Subscription memberships and recurring payments
- Multiple subscription plans
- Annual and custom subscription billing periods
- Subscription plan list shortcode
- Additional My Page content areas
- Advanced email customization
- Custom subscription thank-you email messages
- Scheduled price changes for individual paid articles
These features are implemented and distributed separately from the plugin hosted on WordPress.org.

Stripe is used to securely process one-time article purchases.
When a customer begins a purchase, information required to create and process the payment is sent to Stripe. Customers complete payment through Stripe’s hosted checkout page.
Payment card information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored by this plugin on your WordPress website.

- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen. - Activate the plugin.
- Open the Paid Article Feature settings in the WordPress admin area.
- Configure your Stripe secret key.
- Configure the paid article settings.
- Set a price and enable paid access for the articles you want to sell.
- Start selling your premium content.
