WP Webhooks – Automate repetitive tasks by creating powerful automation workflows directly within WordPress

外掛說明

Put your website on autopilot by automating manual tasks to leverage your time and resources for what’s really important to your project or business.
WP Webhooks lets you connect your website, plugins and apps together using powerful no-code automations.

Browse 100+ Integrations | Compare Free vs Pro | Features

WP Webhooks Automations can be used in three different ways:

Trigger (Send Data):
A trigger sends information from your WordPress website on a specific event (e.g. when a user logs in), to any API or external service of your choice (e.g. Zapier, Integromat, Pabbly, …).

Action (Receive Data):
An action is the reversed way of the trigger. It allows you to receive data on your website from any API or external service (e.g. Zapier, Integromat, Pabbly) which then executes a specific functionality on your WordPress website (e.g. creating a user or post).

Flows (Pro)
A Flow allows you to connect both the triggers and actions together and create tasks that are executed in a consecutive order. E.g. When a new user is created (trigger), send an email to the user.

To give you some practical automation examples, here are a few things you can do via our plugin:

Usage examples

  • Create a WordPress user as soon as a new signup happens on Teachable
  • Create a WordPress post using Alexa (Voice Control)
  • Use Integromat, Pabbly, Zapier, etc. to update a user and its meta values
  • Create a Woocommerce order from some Airtable data

I've been using this plugin for years now. The number of things I can achieve is amazing: from automating woocommerce order management to syncing posts between sites. Support is also super responsive and helpful.

Perfect for scripting intricate actions like "when this form is submitted, do these three things". It is almost as easy as such thing can be. Certainly way easier than writing code. We've used it to change user roles when a product is paid, pass a payload to zapier to further post in other CRMs, and we're just discovering what else it can do.

My project involved working with a logistics partner, one that required order data to be parsed in a very strict manner.Without the help of Jannis and his team, I would have not been able to successfully connect to the partner's API, thereby allowing me to commence operations with them. All credit goes to WP Webhooks and the team behind this crucial app!

I downloaded this plugin to try to send published posts from my website to my discord server. Neither Post Created nor the Post Updated triggers worked. The demo never arrived and I set the triggers to only fire once so I don't believe it's Discord blocking it because of too many requests. I don't have a lot of php or JS coding knowledge so I really don't have time to look into this. Going to try the free version of IFTTT instead.

I will try to tell you in a few lines why I recommend this particular plugin so highly. Background: I was commencing a project that required the creation of several application program interfaces to allow secure payment transactions between a wordpress woocommerce storefront and multiple customized payment service providers. I was a total Newby to Wordpress and to webdevelopment on a whole; but I did have some programming experience and engineering knowledge. So I was looking for a tool that would allow me to design my solution without having to "learn" the details of programming within the Wordpress enviroment. The WPHooks Plugin: After getting my Wordpress installation up an running, I began looking for a plugin to create my required automation and I found a very limited list of plugins for this purpose. I ended trying them ALL out and very quickly it became obvious that the WPHooks Plugin would become the tool of choice. Why WPHooks is the BEST option: Compared to the other plugins, WPHooks contains a large suite of functions that can be configured to achieve almost any desireable automation task. AND for me, the most important aspect that placed WPHooks FAR above all others is the excellent technical support provided along with this plugin. The technical support: My project was quite unique and it took me about 4 months to complete. There were numerous technical hurdles during this entire period and I can tell you that the WPHooks developer himself was always very attentive to my technical challenges. Without this level of techincal support and the excellent quality of the WPHooks plugin itself, I would NEVER have been able to complete this project. In summary, you will be hardpressed to come across any other Wordpress plugin that can deliver the professional quality that this plugin offers along with the excellent technical support. You will see what I am talking about ! To Jannis and his team, ALL the best to you guys and keep up the excellent work because you definately have the winning formula. Regards, Kevin.
