WP Help Desk allows you to create a user-friendly support system with features including a powerful knowledge base, support ticketing and more.

This plugin creates a new Custom Post Type called Articles which can be grouped by Topic. To display a list of all articles grouped by topic, use the built in Topics widget or use the following shortcode:

[list-docs]

To display a knowledgebase search form, use the built in widget or the following shortcode:

[search-docs]

Articles automatically generate a table of contents based on subheadings in the article.

This plugin is designed to work seamlessly with the Markdown Editor plugin.

More features coming soon!

This plugin is still in it’s early stages but we are working hard to bring in more features such as:

  • Support ticket system
  • Ajax documentation search
  • WooCommerce and EDD support

Installing “WP Help Desk” can be done either by searching for “WP Help Desk” via the “Plugins > Add New” screen in your WordPress dashboard, or by using the following steps:

  1. Download the plugin via WordPress.org
  2. Upload the ZIP file through the ‘Plugins > Add New > Upload’ screen in your WordPress dashboard
  3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
