External Service
This plugin connects to the Vigil API hosted at wpvigil.com and related subdomains to perform security scans and generate reports. This connection is required to identify vulnerabilities and outdated components installed on the site.
During scans, the plugin sends information about installed components, versions, configurations, and user-defined settings. Email addresses stored in the plugin settings may also be transmitted to enable notifications, alerts, and reporting based on user preferences.
The API is operated by M/s Nandan Global, the developer of Vigil Security Scanner.

安裝方式
Quick setup:
- Upload the
vigilplugin folder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
- For multisite installations, network-activate the plugin from Network Admin Plugins.
- Navigate to Vigil from the WordPress admin menu.
- Click Run Your First Scan to start scanning your site.
- To enable premium features, purchase a license from https://wpvigil.com
- Enter the license key in the plugin settings to activate premium features.
Tip: Run your first scan immediately after installation to establish a security baseline.
