I’m using this plugin as part of a course. A new and completely re-written update was pushed out recently without any notice and replaced the older plugin on the site automatically. We are still figuring out how this happened. I’m using the pro version – there was no email or support by the developers that this update was happening and how we could have smooth transition! It’s a decent video capture plug-in and the new record button for WP is quite nice. But I hope they communicate and support the plug-in better.

Was a useful plugin. Unfortunately the site’s been down for a week with no responses to support requests. I’d love to revise this if the company comes back. but for now I have to pursue other options.

Pro version is affordable (no expensive monthly fees). Plugin just works. Looking forward to some day identifying videos by username. Thank you vidrack!

Vidrack is the main service on my website. And the main problem I have too. It’s been a long and painful journey to make it compatible with my wp website ( which is very simple) and most of all to be satisfied with plugin’s functionality. Today I faced a new problem – the pro version is not accepted by the plugin. What else to expect? Ah, I know – some support will be welcome. No one answers my emails or as I see the e support here is off too. Well done! Now I have to look finally for another option to offer to my members!
