What the service is used for:
The TouchTry service is used to manage AR/3D product experiences and provide AR viewer links that can be connected with WooCommerce products.
What data is sent:
When a store administrator opens the plugin admin page and uses the model picker, the plugin may send a request to TouchTry servers to fetch available AR models. This request may include standard technical request data such as the site URL, IP address, browser user agent, and plugin/admin request context. Product-specific AR model URLs selected by the store administrator may be saved in the WordPress database.
When data is sent:
Data is sent only when the store administrator uses the plugin admin interface to fetch or connect AR models. The plugin does not send WooCommerce customer order data to TouchTry through this model picker request.
Why data is sent:
Data is sent to display available AR models and allow the store administrator to connect those AR experiences with WooCommerce products.

- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/touchtry-interactivedirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
- Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active.
- Go to the Touchtry AR admin page or product edit page to configure the product AR experience.
- Save changes and test the Try On button on the WooCommerce product page.
