I installed the plugin, it worked for a couple of days. Was really satisifed with the recordings. However, after I switched to a paid subscription the error message “topology was destroyed” appeared. The service became unusable, and I could not even cancel the subscription via the website. I tried contacting the owner via the official tamboo support e-mail address several times, but did not get a single reply. The owner is really hard to reach. The contact forms on his different websites never work. I liked the service when it worked, but now this whole thing seems like a rip-off to me.

The user activity playback was completely blank (showed nothing as it played other then red circle clicks). Pricing is hidden from the main website, and it’s much more expensive than expected. $29/m for 150 recordings per day is the cheapest plan. Compared to competitors this one has a lot of work to do. LuckyOrange is $10/m with a lot more features, and Hotjar is a huge company with a free service – both of these offerings are more refined also. 24 hour trial isn’t going to cut it
