Easy to use.

Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/smooth-preloader directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
Navigate to “Settings > Smooth Preloader” to configure the options.
