This plugin simplifies the life of WordPress users.
Now users can add or remove their avatar simply using images from his Media Library. Simple to use, no additional functions required. Plugin available on GitHub.

- Upload
simple-user-avatardirectory to the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress
- Now you have a new option in the user page

Can I change my Avatar uploading an image from my PC/Mac?

Yes, you can upload your image in WordPress Media Library and after that will be available in your profile page.

No, it’s really simple. Add/Remove buttons, stop.

This is just what I needed! Did never like the tie to Gravatar. And the little donation reminder doesn’t bother me at all. 🙂
