This plugin does a great job of filling in a really simple missing feature in WC for giving descriptions of shipping options in the cart

Very simple to use solution to add shipping info to your cart and checkout page when shipping options are selected. WooCommerce lacks the ability to add this info but this plugin solves the problem easily.
