There are some hack programs on internet. I am not runnig wordpress site. but in my log I show this .
“GET /wp-content/plugins/portable-phpmyadmin/wp-pma-mod/index.php HTTP/1.1”,
This means someone out there has created this plugin only to hack peoples site.
