NR Brief Builder turns the classic “contact me” form into a guided, multi-step client brief. Visitors pick their project type, answer a handful of chip-based questions, and get a live recap before sending — you get a clean, structured brief in your inbox and in your WordPress dashboard.

Third Party Services / Privacy Policy
NR Brief Builder uses the Freemius SDK to manage installations and (in a future version) license checks for the optional Pro upgrade.
On activation, Freemius shows a one-time opt-in screen asking whether you want to share some basic, non-sensitive usage and installation data (e.g. your site’s URL, WordPress and PHP versions, and this plugin’s version) to help us improve compatibility and support, and to receive relevant update notifications. This is opt-in, not automatic: nothing is sent unless you click “Allow & Continue,” and clicking “Skip” declines it — the plugin works exactly the same either way.
No personal data — such as the content of your clients’ brief submissions — is ever sent to Freemius. That data stays in your own WordPress database, as described above.

Where do submissions go?

Every submission is stored privately under NR Brief Builder Submissions in wp-admin, and two emails are sent: a structured notification to you, and an automatic confirmation to the prospect.

Can I use it more than once on the same page?

Does it work with any theme?

Yes. The form ships with its own self-contained styling and does not depend on the active theme beyond typography.
