Upload ctrlenter-publishes-comments directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

It works for every theme? It doesn’t work for P2 or O2 themes, as they create the comments on the fly via javascript. It works for all the other themes.
