CoupleChecks Forms Engine (CCFE) helps site owners build quizzes, surveys, simple forms, scoring workflows, submission records, and result views inside WordPress.

The WordPress.org build is fully functional for the local features included in the plugin.

Privacy

This plugin stores form submissions on the site owner’s WordPress database. Site owners are responsible for obtaining any required user consent and updating their own privacy policy.

安裝方式

Upload the plugin to /wp-content/plugins/ or install it through WordPress.
Activate the plugin.
Use the CCFE menu to create and embed forms.
