A simple, lightweight WordPress plugin for displaying a discreet notification bar that is dismissable and dismiss is saved by cookie. Perfect for implementing the new eu cookie law!
The Cookie Bar plugin creates a small bar at the bottom of the website with a short customizable message about cookies and accept button. Once a visitor has accept the Cookie Bar, then disappears.
Feel free to try out the plugin through our installation of Cookie Bar.

安裝方式
Add the plugin by uploading the zip file or by installing it from the WordPress Plugin directory.
Activate the plugin and go to the Universal Cookie Bar.
Fill in your Cookie Bar account identifier.

I like that this plugin is non-invasively asking to accept a website's cookies without covering a page and trying to enforce that a visitor agrees to cookies until they get your permission causing annoyance. I like the simplicity of this plugin. Also, it doesn't create some colossal sidebar inside admin area 'look at me!' button. The plugin can be nicely found inside the 'Settings' menu.

This is what a Plugin should do - simply fulfill its purpose and not adding senseless overhead and bullshit. The plugin adds a cookie bar which is HTML customizable so you can use it exactly the way you want. Nothing else.
