Yes, you should have an access token in order to use this plugin. Please go to user control panel on ChatWing website to get that access token

Chatwing is gone, don’t install this plugin. Really disappointed. No notice, no email.

Last 6 month I am with chatWing.I feel it better than other. I have love to use chatWing. it has most important feature which is very helpful for chat user.
