Audit My Forms is a tool for WordPress administrators and developers to audit forms used across their website. Over time, websites may accumulate forms from different plugins that are no longer in use, which can make management more difficult.
This plugin scans your site—including Pages, Posts, and Templates—to identify where forms are used and how they are configured.

- Identify Unused Forms: Find forms that are not embedded on any page and may be candidates for removal.

- Upload the plugin folder to the
/wp-content/plugins/directory, or install via the WordPress ‘Add New’ screen. - Activate the plugin.
- Go to ‘Audit My Forms’ in your admin sidebar.
- Click ‘Run Scan’ to start the scan.
