Display a modal prompt after a user successfully posts a comment. Great for calls to action like social follows, product views, etc.

Search for After Comment Prompts in the Add New Plugin section of the WordPress admin.
Install and activate.

Download the zip file, decompress the file and upload the main plugin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin.
