This plugin can change bottom to “Admin Bar”.
It also can change Admin Bar position with “shift + up” or “shift + down”.

管理バーの位置を下に表示することが出来ます。
また、「Shift + 」「Shift + 」で上下に位置を変えることも可能です。

安裝方式

Upload the adminbar-position folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

This is a wonderful solution for developing custom themes. Sometimes we implement sticky navigation menu and the WP admin bar gets in the way. This is a better solution than the “Bottom Admin Bar” plugin because it allows it to be on top or bottom.

My new favorite plugin to be installed on ALL my sites. You can put the Admin Bar (Frontend) on top or bottom, simply by holding the (Shift) key and hitting the “Up” or “Down” arrows.

I’ve been using a toggle which still was problematic for some website designs. This plugin solves the problem. The admin bar is a nuisance when building a website and this is the right tool to make it go away!
