Privacy
92 Notify stores the email address a visitor provides, the product they subscribed to, the subscription date, and (once sent) the date of their last notification. This data exists solely to send the availability email the visitor requested, and it is never used for unrelated marketing without separate consent. Subscribers can remove themselves at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email. Site administrators can search, export, or delete subscriber data from 92 Notify > Subscribers.
This plugin integrates with the WordPress Personal Data Exporter and Eraser tools (Settings > Privacy > Export/Erase Personal Data). It does not delete subscriber data on deactivation, and only deletes it on uninstall if the “Delete Plugin Data On Uninstall” setting has been explicitly enabled. This plugin does not, on its own, guarantee compliance with GDPR, CCPA, or any other law; consult your own legal counsel for your store’s specific obligations.

- Install and activate WooCommerce.
- Upload and activate 92 Notify.
- Open 92 Notify > Settings.
- Select product categories and configure notification options.
- The subscription form will appear on eligible product pages.

How are similar products determined?

Similar products are matched using WooCommerce’s own related-product logic, which considers shared categories and tags. This avoids expensive full-catalog queries and only runs when a product actually transitions from out of stock to in stock.

How do subscribers unsubscribe?

Every notification email includes a unique, secure unsubscribe link. Clicking it immediately stops further emails for that subscription; no login is required.

What happens if WooCommerce is deactivated?

The subscription form and stock-based notifications stop working, but no subscriber data is lost. The Subscribers screen remains available so you can still search, export, or delete existing data.

Does this plugin support multisite?

Each site in a multisite network manages its own separate subscriber list and settings; there is no network-wide subscriber list or notification queue.
