Trainiq is a Dutch course-administration platform for training providers (BHV, EHBO, VCA, Code 95, and other professional training). This plugin connects your WordPress site to your Trainiq platform and renders the live course schedule with online booking on any page or block.

For whom

This plugin is intended for training providers who already use the Trainiq platform. An active Trainiq account is required.

External services

This plugin connects to a Trainiq platform (an instance on a domain chosen by the training provider, for example https://your-school.trainiq.nl). This connection is required to display the course schedule and accept bookings.

What is sent:

On connection: the URL of your WordPress site, in order to exchange an API key.
On schedule rendering: filter parameters (course slug, category, location). No visitor data is sent.
On booking via the widget: data the visitor enters themselves (name, email, phone, date of birth) is sent directly from the visitor’s browser to the Trainiq platform.

安裝方式

Upload the plugin folder trainiq to /wp-content/plugins/, or install via Plugins Add New.
Activate the plugin via the Plugins menu in WordPress.
Go to Trainiq in the main menu and enter the URL of your Trainiq platform.
Click Connect and confirm the link on your Trainiq platform.
Add the shortcode [trainiq_kalender cursus="course-slug"] to a page, or use the Trainiq Kalender block in the block editor.

Do I need a Trainiq account?

Yes. This plugin is a connector to the Trainiq platform. Without an active account you cannot display courses or accept bookings. See https://trainiq.nl for more information.

Which shortcode parameters are supported?

cursus — slug of a specific course (e.g. bhv-basis)
categorie — slug of a course category
locatie — slug of a location
toon_prijs — ja (default) or nee

Example: [trainiq_kalender categorie="code-95" locatie="amsterdam"]

Can I place multiple calendars on a single page?

Yes. Each shortcode or block gets its own container, so you can show different courses or categories side by side.

What happens when I uninstall the plugin?

Deactivating preserves the settings. Permanently deleting the plugin automatically removes all Trainiq options (URL, API key, platform name) from your database.
