Managing WooCommerce reviews manually can take time and make it harder to identify recurring customer concerns.

Aotum8 Review Manager helps store owners review WooCommerce feedback, identify sentiment, prepare professional replies, and keep review workflows organized from the WordPress admin area.

External services

This plugin can connect to third-party AI APIs when you choose AI-powered analysis and provide your own API key. If you use offline templates only, no AI provider request is sent.

When AI analysis is enabled, the plugin sends the WooCommerce review text and prompt instructions needed to generate sentiment and a suggested merchant reply. Provider API keys are stored in your WordPress database and are sent only to the provider you configure when an analysis request is made.

安裝方式

Upload the aotum8-review-manager folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install directly through your site plugins screen.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in your admin area.
Navigate to the “Aotum8 Reviews” menu in your admin sidebar to complete the setup wizard.

常見問題集

Does this require an OpenAI API Key?: No. Offline templates work without an API key. Optional AI analysis requires your own API key for the provider you choose.
Will this slow down my store?: No. Aotum8 Review Manager operates in the admin backend and does not add frontend storefront assets.
Can I customize the AI’s reply tone?: Yes. You can provide custom system instructions (e.g., “Reply like a friendly surfer”, or “Be highly professional and corporate”).
Will AI replies be posted to my store automatically?: Not unless you turn that on. By default, AI-generated replies are saved as a draft suggestion on the review’s comment edit screen for you to review and publish manually. There is an “Automatically publish AI replies” setting if you want full automation.
