SimpleBusinessBots Chat adds an AI chatbot to your WordPress or WooCommerce site. The bot answers customer questions based on your actual business information (products, services, pricing, hours, and FAQ) so visitors get helpful answers 24/7 without you being online. On WooCommerce sites, it also answers live inventory questions: what’s in stock, prices, and product details.

simplebusinessbots-chatfolder to/wp-content/plugins/ - Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu
- Go to Settings > SimpleBusinessBots Chat
- Enter your Business ID (found in your owner dashboard or welcome email)
- Your chatbot widget will appear on your site
