What the service is and what it is used for:
AI Live Agents (ailiveagents.com) is a third-party service that provides AI chatbot widgets. This plugin integrates their JavaScript widget into your WordPress site to enable AI-powered customer support conversations.

What data is sent and when:
This plugin loads the AI Live Agents widget script from https://agent.ailiveagents.com/ai-chat.es.js. No data is collected, stored, or transmitted by this WordPress plugin itself to the AI Live Agents servers. However, when website visitors interact with the AI chatbot widget, they will be required to submit their email address before starting a conversation with the AI agent. This email address, along with the user’s IP address, will be securely stored in AI Live Agents’ database for support and service purposes. All interactions between website visitors and the AI chatbot are handled directly between the user’s browser and the AI Live Agents service. Webmasters must already have an AI Live Agents account and have accepted their privacy policy to obtain the Bot ID required to activate this plugin.
