Some files are not writable by WordPress: wp-load.php

HI,I was try to find out how to fix the issues with my facebook account login. and I use the Site Health to try and found out that “Some files are not writable by WordPress: wp-load.php”, wondering how to fix it . and is the issues cause facebook account can’t login .Thank you
