I can not upload any kinds of media

Every time when I upload media this will appear:

First,I have the highest edition,don’t need to update;
Second,the uploads authority I change to 777,it’s not useful;
Third,It’s not my subject’s problem,because I changed another subject ,the problem is still there;
Fourth,It’s not my plugins’s problem ,because I have no plugins .
Fifth,I attempt to modify the warning above,but it doesn’t work;
Besides,every time when I want to insert pictures into my article,I always upload the picture to my freehosting ,and then write the right route on the text box, last I click the update ,the picture is used on my article.
However,this time the situation changed,one upload button and one text box.But they can upload as many pictures as you want ,write the route doesn’t work.

Today I read lots of documents ,but I can’t find how to solve the problem.
