About default permalink setting in wordpress mu

The permalink setting of main site is “default”. (http://localhost/wordpress/123/?p=123)

When I create/add a new blog/site, the permalink setting of the new blog/site is “date and name based”.(http://localhost/wordpress/123/2014/06/09/sample-post/)

I want the permalink setting of new sites are “default” automatically everytime when I create.

How can I do that?
