新手安裝看的前文解決方法但還是無法安裝

我是新手，剛在網路上下載的軟體3.0.1版本到C槽。然後打開wordpress file 看裡面的read me，按照它的步驟，打開瀏覽器，進入到wp-admin/install.php，結果出現下列畫面。
