Efter en mail til YourPay-support, fik vi besked om, at de “super-gerne” ville kikke på problemet, men de skulle bruge fuld backend-adgang til vores site. Dette fik de, hvorefter der var total stilhed fra YourPays side. Fire mails og halvanden uge senere besluttede vi alligevel ikke at være kunde hos YourPay. Det viser sig, at undskyldningen var, at en medarbejder var syg. Det betyder med andre ord, at YourPay- kunder er ladt i stikken, hvis en enkelt medarbejder lægger sig syg. Vi har valgt at tilføje automatisk bogføring med Yourpay og det fungerer bedre end med Stripe. Multi currency isn’t supported, since the plugin never recognise the change in currency, but keeps charging the amount in the base currency. It also seems that it is possible to install the plugin multiple times, though I haven’t had the time to test if this will only happen under certain conditions.
