Using this plugin, you can easily set any external image as the featured image of any post/page or even custom post types. This plugin automatically adds a custom metabox to each post type that supports post thumbnails. Go to your admin area and select Plugins -> Add new from the menu. 2. Search for “WP Remote Thumbnail”. 3. Click install. 4. Click activate. 5.
