When an order is created (and when your store triggers scans), the plugin can send order and customer signals to FraudJudge and store the risk decision for review inside WordPress.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Our user<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin is intended for store owners who want:\n* A simple integration to send WooCommerce order signals to FraudJudge Enterprise\n* A clear risk outcome visible for each order\n* Optional automation for \u201cReview\u201d \/ \u201cDecline\u201d decisions<\/p>\n\n<h4>How it works<\/h4>\n\n<ol>\n<li>You connect your FraudJudge account by adding an API integration key.<\/li>\n<li>When orders are scanned, the plugin sends a transaction payload to FraudJudge for evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>The plugin stores the evaluation result and can optionally update the order status based on your settings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4>Where to configure<\/h4>\n\n<p>After activation:\nFraudJudge Gateway \u2192 Settings\n* You can also use the \u201cFraudJudge Gateway\u201d menu in wp-admin. Some items may open the FraudJudge dashboard in a new tab (Rules, Allow\/Deny Lists, etc.).<\/p>\n\n<h4>Settings<\/h4>\n\n<p>The FraudJudge settings tab allows you to:\n* Enable auto-cancel for orders marked \u201cDecline\u201d by FraudJudge\n* Put \u201cReview\u201d orders on-hold automatically\n* Scan offline-payment orders (optional)\n* Put Cash on Delivery orders on-hold (optional)\n* Set your API integration key (required)<\/p>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin connects to external services to provide fraud evaluation. You must ensure your site policy and compliance documentation reflects your use of these services.<\/p>\n\n<h4>FraudJudge Enterprise (Pluginhost B.V.)<\/h4>\n\n<p>What it is:\n* FraudJudge Enterprise is used to evaluate transaction risk for WooCommerce orders.<\/p>\n\n<p>When and what data is sent:\n* When an order is scanned\/sent for evaluation, the plugin sends a transaction payload that may include:\n  \u2013 Order ID, amount, currency\n  \u2013 Billing and shipping details (name, address fields, email, phone)\n  \u2013 Customer account details (customer ID, username, account creation date if available)\n  \u2013 Customer IP address and browser user agent\n  \u2013 Order line items (product ID\/name\/quantity\/price\/category)\n  \u2013 Limited payment card metadata if available (e.g., last4). Depending on your configuration and usage, this may include personal data such as names, addresses, email, phone number, IP address, and order contents.<\/p>\n\n<p>Store owners should update their privacy policy to disclose:\n* What data is sent to FraudJudge and why\n* The legal basis for processing and any consent requirements applicable in their jurisdiction\n* Links to the external services\u2019 terms and privacy policies<\/p>\n\n<!--section=installation-->\n<ol>\n<li>Upload the plugin files to the <code>\/wp-content\/plugins\/fraudjudge-gateway<\/code> directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress \u201cPlugins\u201d screen.<\/li>\n<li>Activate the plugin through the \u201cPlugins\u201d screen in WordPress.<\/li>\n<li>Go to FraudJudge Gateway \u2192 Settings and set your \u201cAPI integration key\u201d.\n\n<ul>\n<li>If you don\u2019t have a key yet, use the \u201cGenerate API Key\u201d button (this opens a FraudJudge page in a new tab).<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/li>\n<li>Configure the automation options (auto-cancel \/ on-hold \/ offline scans) to match your store\u2019s workflow.<\/li>\n<li>Place a test order and confirm you can see the FraudJudge evaluation status in WooCommerce orders.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<!--section=faq-->\n<dl>\n<dt id=\"does%20this%20plugin%20require%20an%20external%20account%3F\"><h3>Does this plugin require an external account?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes.
