Notes (When Convert WordPress’s Smileys):
* Emoticons must be surrounded with spaces (or other white space characters); e.g. the emoticon in that:)smile won’t be replaced
* Emoticons won’t be replaced in HTML tags nor in <pre> or <code> blocks.
