I downloaded the plugin and tried it, while I found that I cannot use it due to the coding problem of the CSV file. I sent them a message to see if I could receive a refund. They replied a few days later without referring to my question regarding so. More than 10 days has passed and I still cannot get a feedback from them. Paddle, claiming that they are just the reseller, threw the question to the developer who is not responding as well! This is a very troublesome case. I would not recommend this plugin. Not only the plugin, their service and their business attitude are not up to an international standard. Very bad purchasing experience!

When we import the product. plugin convert that product to simple product.

Pro version of this plugin looks awesome. It has everything to export and import.

My client purchased this plugin, and we have gotten zero support. I’ve emailed them three times and sent them facebook messenger messages and I’ve got no response. The Pro plugin page states that it supports custom Order fields, but it does not. Do Not support this plugin author, definitely do not purchase their plugin.

Doesn’t fulfill what it promises, this is a scam. Claims this (after installing the free version): Export products, orders, categories, customers and coupons with all the meta informations of your store out of WooCommerce into a CSV Spreadsheet file. Fulfills this: Products

Tried everything but there’s no success importing categories. Exporting works. There’s no support documents, no hints in plugin, no answer on request for support, lack of topics in faq. Shortly: A really bad plugin. Put your money on something else.
