After checkout it creates a fatal error, but this is exactly what I am looking for 🙁

This plugin hasn't been updated in 2 years; it's code is out of date and it'll cause fatal errors on the order_received page after checkout.

Unfortunately after checkout it creates a fatal error, so isn't useable.
