安裝方式
- Download the plugin from wordpress.org
- Upload it to your site (if you’ve installed it through WordPress Admin Dashboard skip this step)
- Activate the plugin through “Plugins” menu in WordPress
- Go To “Appearance” -> “Widgets” -> Add the new widget “Current Category Posts”
- Save & Enjoy!

Not sure why wordpress, and some other widgets, don't allow you to do this. It's so simple.

Probado en Wordpress 5.2.1 funciona correctamente. Es muy simple de configurar y funcional. Es posible configurar el título, el número de entradas máximo que se quieren mostrar de la categoría y también el número máximo de caracteres para cada enlace. Fácil, sin más florituras innecesarias. Personalmente justo lo que andaba buscando. Gracias!!!
