This connection is required for the plugin to do anything — without it, there is no chatbot. What the plugin does: * When the chatbot is enabled, the plugin adds a small loader script, https:// widget.whisperchat.ai/embed.js, to the pages you select. The Chatbot ID you enter is passed to that script so it knows which chatbot to display. * When a visitor opens and uses the chat widget, their messages (and any contact details they choose to provide, such as name, email, or phone) are sent to WhisperChat’s servers in order to generate AI responses and, where enabled in your WhisperChat account, to capture leads.
