This plugin connects your WooCommerce store to your Wepaak account so you stop copying order details between two screens. When an order reaches the status you choose — normally _Processing_, meaning it is paid and ready to ship — it appears in Wepaak by itself, with the customer, the address and the items already filled in. You pick a carrier and create the shipment there. The tracking number then comes back to the WooCommerce order on its own, and the order is marked complete once the parcel is delivered. #### One-click setup Press **Connect to Wepaak**, sign in, approve. That is the whole setup. There is no API key to find, copy or paste, and nothing to configure afterwards — the connection and the update channel are both set up for you. If you would rather use a key issued to you directly, that still works. #### What it does * Sends paid orders to Wepaak automatically, once each * Writes the tracking number onto the WooCommerce order when the shipment is created * Marks the order complete when the parcel is delivered * Adds a **Wepaak** column to your orders list so you can see at a glance what synced * Records the reason on the order when something fails, and gives you a **Resend to Wepaak** action to try again * Handles Mexican addresses properly, including colonia and full state names as the carriers expect them * Recognises cash on delivery, so the amount to collect is right * Available in Spanish and English #### It cannot break your store Every call to Wepaak is wrapped so that a failure is logged and written onto the order for you to see. Checkout is never blocked, an order is never changed by a failure, and a Wepaak outage cannot stop you from taking orders. ### External services This plugin connects your store to **Wepaak**, a shipping service operated by Wepaak, in order to create shipments for your orders. Using the plugin requires a Wepaak account. **What is sent, and when** When an order reaches the status you configured, the plugin sends that order to the Wepaak API (`https://api.wepaak.com`): * the customer’s name, phone number and email address * the shipping address * the order’s line items (SKU, product name, quantity and unit price) * the order number, currency, total, and whether it is cash on delivery * the parcel’s weight and dimensions, where your products have them Every request also identifies the store by its URL and this plugin’s version, so Wepaak support can tell which store a request came from. When you press **Connect to Wepaak**, your browser is sent to `https://envios.wepaak. com` to sign in and approve the connection. Your store’s URL is included so you can recognise it in your Wepaak account. Once a shipment exists, Wepaak calls back to your store with the tracking number and delivery status. **What is never sent** Your WordPress or WooCommerce login details, your customers’ payment details, and any order that has not reached the status you configured. **Terms and privacy** * Terms of service: https://envios.wepaak.com/terms-of-service * Privacy policy: https://envios.wepaak.com/privacy-policy ## 安裝方式 1. Install and activate the plugin. 2. Go to **WooCommerce Wepaak**. 3. Press **Connect to Wepaak**, sign in to your Wepaak account and approve. That is everything. Orders will start reaching Wepaak as they are paid. If you do not have a Wepaak account yet, create one at https://envios.wepaak.com first. ## 常見問題集 ### Do I need a Wepaak account? Yes. The plugin sends your orders to Wepaak, so you need an account there. You can create one at https://envios.wepaak.com. ### When exactly is an order sent? When it reaches the status you picked under **Send an order when it reaches this status**. For most stores that is _Processing_, which means the order is paid and really going to ship. Each order is sent once, the first time it reaches that status. Changing the setting later does not resend older orders. ### Will it send orders that were placed before I installed the plugin? No. Only orders that reach the trigger status after the plugin is connected. You can send an older one by hand from its order page using **Resend to Wepaak**. ### The tracking number is not appearing on my orders. Go to **WooCommerce Wepaak**, press **Turn off updates**, then **Turn on updates** again. That rebuilds the link between Wepaak and your store and fixes it in almost every case. ### Does it change my order statuses? Only one: when Wepaak reports the parcel as delivered, the order is marked complete. It will never move an order backwards from a status you have already advanced past by hand. Everything else is recorded as an order note. ### Can I pause it without disconnecting? Yes. Untick **Send new orders to Wepaak automatically**. Your connection stays, and you can still send individual orders by hand. ### What happens if Wepaak is unreachable? The order is left untouched and the reason is written onto it as a note. Your store keeps working normally. Use **Resend to Wepaak** on the order once the problem is over. ### Is it available in Spanish? Yes.
