Search for Welcome to the block editor B gone under Plugins on your WordPress install or download and:
- Upload
welcome-to-the-block-editor-b-goneto the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Add and edit any posts, pages or custom post types without being welcomed over and over again
