Weight Based Add-on for Shipping by City is a lightweight yet powerful extension for the Shipping by City for WooCommerce plugin. It introduces weight-based pricing logic to city-based shipping rules, allowing WooCommerce store owners to:
- Define custom shipping rates based on cart weight and city.
- Combine city-based zones with per-kg surcharges.
- Configure individual weight charges per city shipping method.
This is especially useful for businesses whose shipping costs vary significantly with weight, such as grocery, hardware, furniture, or logistics-based stores.
⚠️ Note: This is an addon. It requires the Shipping by City for WooCommerce plugin to be installed and activated.

- Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > City Zones, and you’ll find new weight options available for each city-based method.
