Sync orders with Xero – Cloudify allows you to connect your WooCommerce store with
Xero accounting software, enabling seamless synchronization of your data.

### External Services

This plugin connects to several external services operated by Cloudify to provide
Xero integration functionality:

**Xero Integration Service (xero-integration.cloudify.biz)**

 * **Purpose**: Facilitates the initial connection between your WooCommerce store
   and Xero accounting software
 * **Data Sent**: User email, username, user ID, and store URL when establishing
   the connection
 * **When**: Only after you explicitly click “I Agree — Set Up My Account” in the
   consent notice shown during plugin activation

 * **Privacy Policy**: https://www.cloudify.biz/privacy-policy/

**WooCommerce-Xero Integration Dashboard (woocommerce-xero.cloudify.biz)**

 * **Purpose**: Provides the management interface for integration settings, connection
   status, and subscription management
 * **Data Sent**: Store URL for loading the appropriate configuration interface
 * **When**: When accessing Settings, Xero Connection, or Subscription pages in 
   the plugin
 * **Terms of Service**: https://cloudify.biz/terms-and-conditions

**Plugin Management Service (pm.cloudify.biz)**

 * **Purpose**: Handles plugin activation/deactivation tracking and connection status
   verification
 * **Data Sent**: Store URL for status checking and deactivation notifications
 * **When**: During plugin activation, deactivation, and when checking connection
   status
 * **Terms of Service**: https://cloudify.biz/terms-and-conditions
 * **Privacy Policy**: https://www.cloudify.biz/privacy-policy/

All external service communications are secured with HTTPS encryption. No sensitive
data such as passwords or financial information is transmitted to these services.

### Privacy Policy

This plugin transmits the following data to Cloudify’s servers:

 * Your WordPress admin email address
 * Your WordPress admin username
 * Your WordPress user ID
 * Your site/store URL

This data is used solely to authenticate your store with the Cloudify Xero integration
service. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. No financial data, passwords, or customer
personal data are transmitted by the plugin.

## 安裝方式

 1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/sync-orders-with-xero-cloudify`
    directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
 3. Navigate to the Sync orders with Xero – Cloudify menu in your admin dashboard to
    configure the plugin

## 常見問題集

### How do I connect to Xero?

After installation, navigate to the Sync orders with Xero – Cloudify > Xero Connection
page in your WordPress admin dashboard.

### Does this plugin work without WooCommerce?

No. This plugin requires WooCommerce to be installed and active.

### Do I need a paid Cloudify subscription?

Yes. Core sync functionality requires an active Cloudify subscription. A free trial
is available as well.

### What data is synced from WooCommerce to Xero?

The plugin syncs your WooCommerce orders, customers and products into the Xero accounting
software.

### Is my data secure?

All communication between your store and Cloudify’s servers uses HTTPS encryption.

### What happens when I deactivate the plugin?

Deactivating the plugin notifies Cloudify’s servers to pause syncing. Your data 
in Xero is not affected.
