I also upgraded to pro but somehow the plugin did not work with my theme or my page builder. I contacted the support 2 times already about my problems. Weeks have gone by without any reply. Thus, I requested a refund since the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee was almost over. I also did not receive the refund yet. For me, the pro version was just a waste of money. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/537cbc29fb6005d997ba0464522efabe37e894e721cdd1d6cb53f5af6a10ec2d? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Not working well with Elementor Plugin](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/not-working-well-with-elementor-plugin/)󠁿 [ebuege](https://profiles.wordpress.org/ebuege/) 2022 年 3 月 9 日 looks like everything is fine but in elementor page builder some errors happens.. also ruin some interface at the left side there must be a text editor. but its under 2000 pixel of that area 🙁 ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/404f163be751f5d7c6fb2dcfa7e5a4ec4d593159d0bbc65f5458ca4cd99fd5de? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Support doesn’t respond at all](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/support-doesnt-respond-at-all/)󠁿 [evit](https://profiles.wordpress.org/evit/) 2022 年 2 月 23 日 Support doesn't respond here or at their website. I purchased the Pro version and they don't respond to support questions at all.
