Go to plugins management page and Deactive it.

Download the plugin and extract its content
Upload the complete folder support-online to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Go to Appearance-> Widget and drang ‘Fit-Support Online’ to your sidebar1. Go to appearance –> Widgets and drang Fit-Support Online to your sidebar
Enter your yahoo ID, Your fullname and other options
Save
Go to Widget, drag and drop yahoo status widget to your sidebar
