The public managing part for the subscriber looks a little bit like 1990. A total different design as the main site.
Some PHP Count Error on the managing site. Different other errors if u delete a subscription. Don’t know, have the developer test his own work ? Why u haven’t implemented the managing part as a part of the site? Why u have chosen the own, creepy one ?
The Backend Part work as expected, but the other….

Tested a bunch. Best plugin I’ve found to subscribe people to comments. Simple to set up. Worked out of the box. I donated 3 euros.

I installed the plugin and tested it out. I got an error message when trying to manage subscriptions, saying that “You may not access this page without a valid key”.
I asked for support on this and have had no replies from the developer at all. Just other users having the same problems.
Having said that, it does seem that when a subscriber receives a follow up to the comments to which they subscribe, the email they receive contains a link to manage subscriptions and that does work, it seems, at least.
Due to lack of support by developer and the confusing message to the user, it can’t have more than 2 stars.
