After an initial issue and tons of going back and forth with SparkWP, I finally 
got the short code to work on my homepage. Not even 2 weeks later, SparkWP decides
to move the shortcode functionality to Premium. My choices as suggested by SparkWP:
never update the plugin and use the outdated version that still supports Shortcodes,
no longer use the shortcode functionality and stick to the predefined placements,
or buy Premium. Felt like a massive bait-and-switch, so I de-installed the plugin(
especially since plugin analytics were premium only I had no way of seeing what 
the plugin delivered anyway and with the issues I've encountered along the way).
Others may find the plugin useful, as long as they are okay with the predefined 
placements the plugin offers, which is the reason I'm still giving it 3 stars.

I recently experienced an issue with the SparkRVP plugin affecting cache functionality.
The support team, particularly Roy and John, promptly addressed my concerns and 
released a fix within the week. Their efficient and effective resolution significantly
improved my site's performance. I highly recommend SparkRVP for its robust functionality
and excellent customer support. Five stars well deserved.
