Set up was fairly smooth. There is a typo in step #2 of the Installation Instructions. The URL should be written as this:
https://<SUBDOMAIN>.slack.com/services/new/incoming-webhook

Works well; easy to add additional notifications, though it would be nice if there were a few more built in.
