SimpleBusinessBots Chat adds an AI chatbot to your WordPress or WooCommerce site.
The bot answers customer questions based on your actual business information (products,
services, pricing, hours, and FAQ) so visitors get helpful answers 24/7 without 
you being online. On WooCommerce sites, it also answers live inventory questions:
what’s in stock, prices, and product details.

 1. Install the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Directory, or upload the `simplebusinessbots-
    chat` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`
 2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu
 3. Go to Settings > SimpleBusinessBots Chat
 4. Enter your Business ID (found in your owner dashboard or welcome email)
 5. Your chatbot widget will appear on your site

### Do I need a SimpleBusinessBots account?

Yes. This plugin connects your WordPress site to the SimpleBusinessBots service.
Sign up at [simplebusinessbots.com](https://simplebusinessbots.com/) to create your
chatbot — the plugin then adds the widget to your site.

### Where do I find my Business ID?

Your Business ID is in your owner dashboard under Settings > Install Code, or in
your welcome email. It looks like `your-business-name-com`.

### Does this work with WooCommerce?

Yes. The chatbot can answer questions about your WooCommerce products, pricing, 
and stock availability when inventory sync is enabled in your dashboard.

### Can I customize the chatbot?

Yes. You can customize the widget color, greeting message, tone, conversation style,
and more from your owner dashboard at simplebusinessbots.com.

### What data does the plugin collect?

This plugin itself collects no data. It loads a chat widget from simplebusinessbots.
com which processes chat messages through the SimpleBusinessBots service. See our
