You can install this plugin directly from your WordPress dashboard:

 1. Go to the _Plugins_ menu and click _Add New_.
 2. Search for _SimpleBannerWidget_.
 3. Click _Install Now_ next to the _SimpleBannerWidget_ plugin.
 4. Activate the plugin.
 5. _Appearance_ -> _Widget_ -> drop to widget area a _SimpleBannerWidget_
