安裝方式
- Upload “simple-secure-contact-form” folder to the “/wp-content/plugins/” directory
- Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu into WordPress admin area
- Add Widgets on your Sidebar into Dashboard -> Appearance -> Widgets

Great simple contact form plug in that is mobile responsive and works great as in widget and shortcode form. Simple colours to choose from and GA tracking friendly. The developer is helpful should you have any questions.
